Between January and September of 2021, Bushel exhibited street-view artworks in our windows, as a response to the pandemic-driven necessity to close our doors to the public. We called this 24/7 accessible exhibition venue Response Space.

As we begin to gradually re-open our doors for indoor events and exhibitions, we are incorporating the remaining planned Response Space programs into our regular gallery programming. We are immensely grateful to the artists, activists, community members, and collaborators near and far who participated in this project and helped us to remain engaged at the street level.
